Those are tomorrows problems, though, because Danta’s head presses against his chest and the butcher relaxes tenfold, his arms winding around the Maverick’s shoulders, holding him close as his legs tangle with his and his tail winds around to keep them touching everywhere they can.
Tilting his head as Danta speaks to give him more room, it’s with a sigh of relief (much to his surprise), that he flashes a softer smile down toward him. “Uncertain about what?” He asks in a whisper, letting his hand lift to run his fingertips through the other Ancient’s golden strands of blonde hair.
