Dantalion
but you can't be free
"You said that about the last dull history lesson you chose," Danta points out, glancing over his shoulder at Asta and tilting down his own sunglasses to raise his eyebrows at him, clearly not trusting him one bit when it comes to his choice of reading material. Luckily for the butcher, his fellow Ancient is thoroughly distracted by the hot sand beneath his feet (he's holding his sandals in one hand so he can properly feel the heat of it) - and, now that he's looking, by the man holding the boring book.
And the parasol. And the bag.
Danta, naturally, is holding nothing but his shoes as he prowls along the coastline to find a spot that might be in perfect sunlight for the vast majority of the day; dressed only in a pair of shorts decorated with tiny sharks, he's very much at risk of being burned if he doesn't make a decision soon. Luckily he finds a place he deems perfect, tossing down his sandals and going to rummage around for the towels and blankets to set out beneath the parasol Asta is dealing with.
"A murder mystery, you say? I hope it's heavy on the murder." He can take or leave the mystery, given that he's liable to nap through quite a bit of the book the other man reads to him.
