Sweeping his arm gracefully to the side for his sisters to descend the stairs of the lighthouse, Vesper lingers in the shadows directly behind them before trailing in their wake and stepping barefoot onto Aumakua's white sands. For all that he had learned during that slow infinity just after he'd been born—when their mother had tilted their hourglass on its side for them to grow and learn in their own time—there was something deliciously tactile in experiencing the world with his body.
Clothed in an outfit of crisp linen, Vesper lifts his long arms above his head, his lean frame stretching for the first time. His moonlit hair was tousled and soft looking where it fell over his frosted starbright eyes. Unadorned for likely the only time in his life, the demigod flexed his fingers, rolling his shoulders back and straightening. Wriggling his toes in the soft sand, the demigod's lip curls into a slow smile.
Whether anyone would have noticed the trio of stars shooting down from the heavens and the subsequent pulse of light form within the lighthouse shrine, Vesper neither knew nor cared. All that mattered was that they had arrived.
