Within the first few days of having fallen into Torchline, Vesper had secured a house for him and his sisters, had acquired a wardrobe full of clothing, and had seen to his own de-flowering at the Haulanani. Virginities were things to be lost as quickly as possible he'd come to understand, and in so doing he got his first taste of what would become a lifelong addiction: pleasure. 

Leaning against one of the port's weathered railings, Vesper surveyed the outgoing and incoming ships. His sharp blue eyes tracked their movements with a quiet intensity as he matched the various flags they flew with the stories he'd read about them in his mother's expansive library. Though the port burst with chaos at every turn, the demigod was entirely divorced from the swirl of life around him, his gaze locked upon one ship in particular whose maroon sails had just been lowered. 

For now the demigod's hair was moonlit-white, his lean frame covered by a light linen shirt and blue-grey shorts. On his feet were sandals that looked expensive, and already his fingers bore rings whose silvery cast matched the necklaces around his neck.
