He could feel the skin and muscles coming back together from Vi’s divine influence, but as the sharp roots retreated from his body Noah groaned like a cracking iceberg. He knew he was going to fall and the impact would hurt, but he didn’t expect to be pushed forward by Sah’s air. It all happened so fast.
Noah gasped and fell to the ground. He pushed himself to his hands and knees, gasping and spitting out blood. He felt his celestial dome had mended some flesh and sinew, and he wasn’t afraid of bleeding out, but he couldn’t take many more hits. He lifted his head and his glacier eyes narrowed into the jungle and he sent out his spirit stag to attack something.
