Narrowing his eyes as Charlie begins, as if trying to feel out exactly where she's going with her suggestions, suffice to say that Danta is utterly thrilled by her addition to their bet. "Uh, yes," he says, as if it might not have been obvious. "Though I want it to be known that if you don't dress us both as your faithful acolytes, I'll be very disappointed. I want to wear those crotchless pants, and the robes." Granted, there doesn't have to be a bet involved in order to do that (something Danta will realise a little later).
In the meantime, though, there's moving to do, and at Charlie's oh-so-casual question, the Maverick still has the audacity to not quite meet her gaze, though his nod is easy enough. "We'll see you up there," he calls just as she disappears, allowing him to grab a few other boxes and throw a sly glance over his shoulder at Asta. "She's going to drink us both under the table, you know that right?"
It takes a few trips to get all of the boxes up to Danta's rooms, and where once the place was warm and cluttered and homely, it now looks as if it's part of the tail end of a renovation project. Having roped in a few creation mages and other labourers, he's successfully constructed a mezzanine level above where his (their?) bed will go, and the majority of his furnishings are covered in white dust sheets.
"You know better than I which boxes belong up there," he says to Asta, nodding at the upper level. "Charlie, do you want to grab these sheets with me?"
Now all of the boxes have been moved, Asta can decide where he wants his stuff to go, and Charlie and Danta can get rid of the dust sheets! (They can burn or disintegrate them, it doesn't matter).
