He admits, before drowning the first flickers of annoyance he felt clawing up the back of his throat to have to see Flora snuggled up against a man who despite asking a rather appropriate question, was still a rat bastard. "There are more of us now which complicates things, though mostly I think it was seeing me get my ass kicked so easily by just one of them that made everyone hesitant." Remi adds with a shrug, finding this whole self-deprecating routine easier now that he'd gotten started.
