The last place Danta wants to be is away from the butcher, and he settles comfortably against him as he parts enough from his lips to catch his breath. Fumbling for the blankets, he drags them across their bodies as much as he cares; it's Longheat, and even though they can never be warm enough as Ancients, they're hardly going to get cold tonight.
"If I wake up before it's anything close to late morning, it'll be a miracle," he agrees, leaning into the touch against his scalp before shifting to tuck his head into the crook of Asta's neck. "I can already taste the hangover," he admits, the words slurring a bit as sleep drags him into its inevitable dark.
It takes mere seconds for Danta to pass out once he's sure the world isn't going to spin off its axis and take the contents of his stomach with it, though by the time morning comes, perhaps he'll wish he had decided to throw up every additional cocktail after the third. They're lucky, in the den they've created, that the light can't reach them from the still open curtains, though even with the windows shut, the ambient noise from The Last Whisper is unavoidable after a while.
Groaning softly and not daring to move from where he'd curled himself up against Asta's side in the night, it's with clumsy fingers that Danta tries to pull the blanket over his head.
