Work was work, but some work was play, and Kiada finds herself having finished some of the letter responses and organization much earlier in the day before she’d wandered out into the rest of the Dusklight. Now, she didn’t really work for the Dusklight, but she did work for Danta, which meant that a drink could easily be included in perks of the job.
That and she’s positive Danta wouldn’t care. So positive, in fact, that the summoning to the office has her returning with the drink she’d been sipping and one for the Maverick simply because she didn’t want to be empty handed.
Not like she ever was, she did a phenomenal job (right Danta?)
Pushing open the door with her hip to not spill the drink made for the Theocrat, the Harpy swans in with two glasses, immediately stepping over to the desk they tended to share, setting the glass down for him before she crosses one arm over her chest to sip from her own after flashing him an easy fanged smile of greeting. “So what’re ya thinking?” She asks, because usually there’s more context to the summoning than what she’d received. (It leads her to think he’s got an idea he wants her opinion on).
