Nova
The change in scenery is like feeling the hug before it comes. Nova smiles at the familiar voice, letting her soul burst with the joy at seeing her mother. She embraces the hug wholeheartedly, squeezing a little tighter as she melts into the contact. A satisfied sigh accompanies a loving word: "Mom." She lets herself enjoy the familial moment, half-whishing they'd invited Vesper so he could join in on the group hug. But those thoughts are fleeting as she leans back, admiring the goddess's figure in her lilac fabric(?). Gasping lightly, she runs her eyes down the enviable look. "Oooh. I love your dress!" She nearly asks her to spin just to see the movement before Safrin is pulling away.
Bringing herself back to the reason for their visit, Nova smiles brightly, clasping her hands behind her to keep from fidgeting, and to look more 'official.' She almost giggles at the thought before answering, "Well... we were talking about exploring the world, but I'm worried Vespy might faint if we wander too far without him. Can you believe he seems to think we can't handle being on our own?" There's probably a lot more to it, like their innate ability to create chaos, their lack of worldly knowledge, their overall distractibility. Maybe that's just Nova... Honestly, he has a lot to choose from, but that doesn't stop her from affectionately rolling her blue eyes. "Aaanyways, we just thought it might make things easier if we had something that lets us stay connected no matter how far apart we are. It'd be even better if we could teleport to each other if we were in trouble!" Not that she expects to get in trouble, but it could definitely come in handy.
