Deimos began to move around the kitchen, returning things to their proper homes and just generally tidying up. Alys wanted to help, but she didn't know where anything went, so she sat awkwardly as they continued to talk, feeling more than a little useless. After a moment, she gathered up some items and went to the sink. She could at least wash the few dishes they had used.
As she began her task, she returned Deimos's smile. "Good. I'm glad. You do so much for Halo; it's good to hear that you have had time for yourselves as well." She hoped so, anyway. Even her question as to their welfare had prompted something else that they did for others. But it was nice to hear that the Academy was to continue. "Oh, that's great!" Alys said enthusiastically. "I always enjoyed the Academy trainings."
