I've done nothing wrong
Except for all the atrocities
Except for all the atrocities
Well after engagements and parties, Melita made her way towards King’s End and the bright, recently developed portions of New Haven. She skipped and frolicked, as some demonic lithe figure might, completely unbothered by the traumas she’d caused and inflicted nearby with just the merest and most insane bouts of trickery at her disposal. She was half-inclined to scare someone nearby just because, but with other motives on her mind, she and her companions merely continued on more familiar pathways to her uncle’s house.
The item in the bottom of her bag rattled and rolled along, equally unfazed by her antics. A find from the market shops, and probably not worth shit, but she’d traded and bartered enough for her own entertainment.
Knocking on Sunjata’s door, in lieu of bursting in and ending up seeing something she didn’t want to view, she waited on the steps, rocking back and forth on her heels.
