"Mmhm," Jack says, not bothering to ask her to continue despite the leading nature of her remark or the thoughts that tumble through after it. Luckily enough, there's distraction aplenty from that sort of conversation, and as Flora dodges out of the way of his magic only to follow up with a nimble - and hard - punch to his shoulder, the captain is forced to take a step back. It silences the quip he'd been about to make about keeping her attention on the fight, Jack rolling his neck and casting her a reproachful look.
"Really takin' that anger thing to heart, huh?" he says, continuing to move around the space, utilising the trees to try and put some distance between them - or at the very least initiating a game of kiss-chase in the fight. Once he thinks enough time has passed, Jack calls on his lightning this time, sending a bolt crackling down from above in an attempt to strike the Doubletake, filling the air with the scent of ozone.
