Pierce
The laugh certainly doesn’t fool Pierce. If anything, he focuses on the way she steps back, the way she tries to bring some distance between them, and it’s a movement that Pierce follows up with as amusement flickers across his face as she tries to offer a boon. A boon that goes nowhere with the slant of his smile. “That’s funny, seeing as Dahlia was the one to tell me to teach you to stay in your place.” Pierce says, unbothered and completely unfazed by the announcement Flora thinks it is.
“So how about you and your little friends quit ‘cleaning’ everything up, huh?” He eyes the dagger in her hand briefly before he decides to take the first step. She seems like she’s stalling him for Jack to make an appearance, even though Pierce cares little about whatever the captain can do.
Without so much of a breath, he steps forward, the black shadowed rapier rising just before Pierce steps forward further and slashes down with the blade, aiming for Flora’s torso.
