They followed along, wandering through the Glade and following the path laid out by the compass. It was strange; there seemed to be little rhyme or reason to where they were going. If the compass was leading them to some kind of treasure, she would have expected it to point in a singular direction, but their path weaved this way and that, until the seer had no idea where they were in relation to where they'd been. Sascha followed along closely, keeping an eye on the figure that coaxed them along, watching Boreal with a mixture of concern and envy. She was too shy to play with the pair, but she secretly longed to join her friend.
Boreal rejoined them before too long, and Sascha relaxed as they approached a large, clearly magical tree. Alys eyed it with interest, but before she could get a closer look, the world shifted, and they suddenly appeared aboard the Peregrine. Alys blinked with surprise from her place in Tal's hold, a small gasp of wonder falling from her lips. "That's... that's amazing!" she said. And quite useful. Her partner had a habit of getting into trouble, and having something that could immediately return him to the ship made her feel a lot better.
As for a name, though... Alys shrugged, making a face up at her partner. "I don't have a clue what to call it," she said apologetically. It was a compass, a navigator, a polestar... but beyond that, she had no ideas.
