With plans in place, Lena remained confident, glancing and peering into the room to see –

Aware of the movements and motions of Zavien’s current predicament (but not the scene;it sounded hilarious) she figured she might be able to send Mittens after that particular beast, while she focused on hers. Utilizing her compulsion, the Caretaker watched as the pumpkin came towards her, all menacing growls, and she tried to get the hat clean off its head. Thereafter, she carried on compelling the little one forward, towards the exit.
Mittens, meanwhile, hissed and grumbled, uncertain how to assist in the tangled mess outside, but strived to bite at one of the turban gourd’s vines.
