Jack had been mentioned in Vox's broadcast, in fact, not that even the captain knows it (having been dead at the time), but to be frank, that's probably not a bad thing. Whilst he's always more than content not to be mentioned by name, especially for something as embarrassing as being used as a pin cushion by The Family, being referred to as some friend to Torchline's Queen likely wouldn't have gone down well.
Regardless, here he stands, clad in his kingmaker coat (as of yet still unblessed, but at least still good protection against the cold), his bandaged torso well-concealed beneath a charcoal shirt, though no amount of clothing can hide the pale cast to his features or the subtle tightening at the corners of his eyes.
