Do you have anyone else on her coucill that could push for it, or are they all under her thumb? He wasn’t certain Dahlia would even be willing to put up with such a piece – but it was a start, and a non violent contribution.
Contemplating something else, his eyes narrowed, and he persisted again. I think a good step would be to find people you would want on your own council. That way if anything happens, you are all ready to take over a place.
