Humming a note of yes as he hands another Ancient a bundle of clothes and a fire starter, the butcher glances toward Thalassa with a twitch of a smile on his face. “It did in terms of fighting.” He hums, his shoulder rising and falling in a light shrug. “Everything else, however, isn’t solely beneficial as an Ancient.” He admits before he starts folding some of the clothes to have something to do with his hands for the moment.
“I have to agree.” He murmurs almost wistfully, thinking briefly about their goddess before he sips from the sweet cocoa mug and things begin to look like they’re winding down for his space with the clothes and fire starters. “I do appreciate you coming to help with this.” He flashes her his traditionally sharp smile, but something within it seems inherently more soft and genuine.
