The PQ must have a minimum of 8 rounds. - Sah, Amhran, Elizabeth, Deimos - [PQ][RQ] Double Rainbow V.2 3. A thread of at least 3 Halovians leaving offerings for Frey at the Citadel. The offerings should be rainbow themed! (This should be done at the Citadel board and not the shrine itself). - Amhran, Elizabeth, Deimos - [RQ] a promise to the earth For: • Rainbow Gate | If activated by a character with Halovian citizenship, the rainbow gate can target 1 60ft sphere anywhere within Halo.
