"It would be my pleasure - and yours - to give you a tour," he assures him with a dimpled smile that doesn't take away from the flirtatious gleam in his eyes.
Pleased to see the other man eventually join him on a barstool, Mateo lets out a musical laugh at the (very good) point he makes.
