Quite why they can't just blink out of this bed and into their den at home Danta doesn't know; curled around Asta as much as he can, if only their surroundings were different, he might have been content to stay here for days. Alas, they're stuck here in the infirmary currently, and if the Maverick were even remotely aware of his surroundings, he'd see a couple of interns peeping in to smile at the sight of them. Evidently there will be no sneaking when it comes to their grand escape, not that they know it yet.

Shifting enough to press a warm kiss to his brow, Danta draws back and takes a long, slow breath, before he starts working on getting himself upright and out of bed.
