Smiling tiredly at the kiss that presses to his bloody cheek, Danta tilts his head and relaxes further into Asta's arms, feeling them tighten around him to keep him standing. A soft laugh rumbles up in his chest as the butcher continues peppering him with his affections, and at the offer of sleep, gods, he's heedless to resist it.

"It's always a pleasure to surprise you," he says softly. "And I may just take you up on that. Especially if I'm expected to be up later." Turning his head and carefully pressing a kiss against Asta's cheek in turn, Danta takes a few moments to ensure he can keep his own feet beneath him before reluctantly stepping out of his lover's arms.

"Let me know if you need any help," he says, though in reality, the moment Danta closes his eyes he'll be out for the count. With his own tail swishing low at his heels, he goes to sit himself down against the wall where his clothes won't stain anything that can't be cleaned, drawing a knee up to his chest for him to rest his forehead upon it.

His soft snoring will fill the room mere moments later, the Maverick utterly sated and content for a rare few moments.
