Mateo's accented voice is sly and charming as he appears quite conveniently beside Charlie, a glass of deep red wine in his hand that he offers towards her, sipping from his own drink and enjoying the heat of the bonfire. Given that he's still on his extended vacation in Torchline, he's absolutely enjoying the proximity to King's End and the opportunity to flit along to any party that he imagines his sister will be attending.
