It was somber, and perhaps the first time the young golden attuned wore the eclipsing color – black flecked with edges of gold as she trails along toward the funeral for their sister with Vesper and Nova, keeping close to them in quiet companionability, a shared sorrow. Vesper’s hand is warm where it settles on her shoulder, her arm wound around her brother’s middle and her sister’s in turn, keeping the three of them close as she watches the proceedings.
She doesn’t have anything to offer Seren, not having really known her, but the loss of family was one felt immensely – especially when Safrin arrives and her amber gaze softens and there’s nothing but love and sorrow that glimmers toward their mother, wanting to run to her and hug her, but knowing there’s a time and place. So she remains at Vesper and Nova’s sides, watching silently and waiting.
