Perhaps they wanted to keep their secrets. “Mm. We have a very large Collegium and Archive, but this has a certain charm and appeal.” Nothing austere; ancient in its own right, but amidst the trees, the roots, the oaks, held a much more fantastical and whimsical outlook.
