He stopped a healthy distance from the stranger, resting his hands on the pommel of his sword. "I did," he responded. Of course, he was also searching for flowers, but without knowing where the stranger's allegiance lay, he wasn't keen to share that little tidbit. "I'm Liam. I live in the Village," he said by way of introduction.
