Flora's teasing doesn't seem necessary with how red Soh's looking. She seems like she might melt into a puddle of embarrassment if pushed far enough - or combust. Her words have him glancing subtly at her to say, I disagree, but he otherwise keeps his eyes on Flora and the way she appears to know of his reputation a little too well, just as he suddenly knows the Queen - and her relation to Jack. Only the linger of his handshake serves as a 'respectful' acknowledgement of her title.
