Between companion meetings and intertwined branches, they managed to complete the rounds of branch unfurling; deftly ensuring, either with magic or fingers, that the brambles weren’t all collected and knotted together. More than once Deimos had to combine efforts within enchantments and his own precise movements, until portions were freed and settled against the stone walls.
Pleased that they had some leftover in sleds, and that they were nearly done with everything, he permitted a small smile and glanced back towards his constituents. “All right, last task – we should check everything over to make sure there are no gaps.” Things could’ve moved in their absence from other portions – ningos and people alike had a habit of simply ignoring what was around them on better days.
