Hadama did not bother looking behind him, unruffled at the display of firepower from both Ancients after so long in their company. He focused instead on getting Maea back on her feet in a quiet display of trust that they would have his back and protect him while he offered aid. Neither woman disappointed, though Maea's compliment drew a warm smile from the Tidebreaker as she regained her footing and the mist faded away around the three of them.
