"Oh, is that what we did?" Remi murmurs, pretending to feign surprise. "You might be more stupid after, but I am feeling quite clever, myself." He leans into the kisses at the corner of his mouth with a hum of indulgence. As Ronin finally steps away, Remi doesn’t bother hiding the way his gaze lingers. He drinks in the sight of the Knight in all his flushed, steam-wreathed glory, and when the flamingo shorts make their triumphant return, Remi laughs and rolls his eyes, only mildly disappointed that they hadn't been stolen after all.
"You are many things, husband," he drawls, following at a more languid pace after having slipped back into his shorts as well. "Graceful isn’t usually one of them. If it was, we'd never have gotten engaged thanks to you falling down some stairs."
Slipping back into the springs, Remi sighs loudly enough for it to echo off of the cavern walls. "If you are planning on tensing me up again, I'll require a snack after. Possibly a nap. I’m a very high-maintenance damsel these days, you know." His grin flashes, sharp and boyish as he opens his arms invitingly. "Now come here and sit with me before your heroism starts to fade."
