Some of the tension eased from his brow as the bright-haired young woman finally fell into a dreamless sleep where no nightmares could find her, under the comforting care of her dark-eyed brother.

She was carried from the field when we realized she had been poisoned, and the rest of the flowers were destroyed." He hesitated then looked to Nova with concern and regret a quiet undercurrent in his thoughts. "It made her dream of losing her magic. Turned her fears against her. That may take more time to heal, long after the Void's corruption has been cleansed from her body."
