He digs his shovel into the dirt as he wonders aloud, "I didn't realize Soh cared so much about your sister." Not that he's complaining about Noe getting cured, but it certainly seems strange for the would-be ruler to pick Koa's sister over any political advantages that may help her reclaim her title.
