“We did have a tendency of banding together when required. Before everything went south, that is. Though there were times ursurs would rummage through, or the occasional dinner menu item would seek a way out and try to take one of us with them.” Twisting the dagger again, he seems almost far away as he thinks about it, before shaking his head and tilts it back into Danta with a smile and a light nuzzling of his nose. “It became a habit mostly when I began scouting. As a just in case something got too close.” He’d kept the tradition here in his home, despite how most of the rest of his village didn’t within their own.
