For now, he just let the comfort of a trusted friend push back against the shadows that lingered in the wake of Vox's unwelcome visit and the half-repressed memories that had been dragged back into the light. And while Sah's words weren't new - Alys had said the same - they were still good to hear. Maybe not so much now, but as time passed he would have them to look back on. It was just--

He rubbed roughly at his nose again, and finally lifted his head to meet his friend's gaze, at least briefly. "But... thanks, Sah. For... bein' here. An' listenin'."
