The question made her laugh though, and she led them down more gardens and routes, easing her way towards one area clearly designed to be of a more river variety. There, some glotters were already waiting – evidently eager for treats the Caretaker would be utilizing to distract them.
Leading the Accepted into this area and immediately tending to the creatures gathered at her feet, she gave a low whisper as she snagged some ointment from her basket. “I wouldn’t say I have any least favorites, but the older dragons are a handful. You can’t ever fully trust them.” She had more than enough burn scars and marks to prove it. “Luckily they’re not here very often,” as they could fend for themselves quite well. “How has ranching been going?”
