As much as Koa would like to flirt with Soh and pet Bean, he is here in his capacity as a soldier, a persona he slips into with comfort and ease. He stands at attention as Deimos speaks, taking in the mission and information given. Nodding understanding, Koa downs the rest of his coffee before doing a quick check of his gear. Bracers, rings, chakram, gloves - all are equipped and ready to wield as they set out into the cold.

Koa falls into step beside Deimos, looking to the General. "Any further information on these ursurs, sir?" he asks as they push on, the attentive soldier gathering what knowledge he can. "Hunting patterns, strengths, weaknesses? Do we know what effect contact with them might have?" Given the odd reactions people have to void monstrosities, he cannot imagine it would be good.

Up above, Pipsqueak joins Belial in the scouting party, sending Koa mental flashes of what she can see beyond the stones.
