"Fresh starts," he agrees, leaving a final kiss against her forehead - and being careful to avoid her horns - before he sits back and gestures to the menus she's finally stopped assaulting.
"Sometimes things like this just trigger memories. You can't help that," he assures her, about to ask whether she's decided what she'd like to order before she's curling into him, warm and perfectly contoured against his body. Kissing her back readily, he smiles and forces himself to draw back with a light flush to his cheeks and a playfully warning look.
"Not down here, or you will get us kicked out," he says.
