But without the springs to fix everyone back to normal and with her being low enough on the radar of everyone — except for Safrin’s pup — he’s confident her cunning nature would suit them very well.
The hand against her middle withdraws slightly, reaching to twist her around so she faces him and he can pin her with the bulk of his body, curving her deliciously against the top of the bar. “I think you’re gonna have a lot more fun.” Pierce purrs, before he keeps one hand on her hip and the other withdraws, forming a fist that is just delicate enough to not be his full strength to actually hurt her, but deliberate enough that it’ll have the desired effect, he aims the punch for her shoulder before following up the pain with a devouring kiss, letting the infection spread into her skin and mind, waiting.
