Like him, she's starving, and he'd much rather she chow down on a burger than wind up biting off his head for saying something dumb (an inevitability for him, honestly). He leans in after her, requesting the same, because it sounds good. She had a good eye for the drinks earlier when he'd asked, so no need to start doubting her now, but he does add in a cola.
Neverminding all the stares for his get up, Kaisel fishes around in his pockets, which hang lower than the bottom edge of the low-cut shorts, for the money to pay the cook. Passing over the coin, he glances back at her squeeze, and easy smile meeting her as they linger and wait for the grill. "Nothing fancy," he admits with a shrug. "Cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup—oh I have had banana on it once and that was actually...weirdly good?" he tilts his head with the memory, as if the taste of it has to be shaken free. "Nothing beats a good batch of fries though. What about you?" he lets the edge of his thumb trace a line against the side of her hand, light and lazy. "Lemme guess, you're a bacon girl?"
