As for how the Doubletake will get on board, that's where Bassian is already on it, apparently, appearing with a bright grin and a large hand to offer to her, ready to draw her onto the galleon's deck.
Once she's made it - and spent however long she plans to meet and greet as she likes - she'll find Jack back near the prow of the ship, washing his face in a barrel of clean water. "So he just said he was patrollin'?" he asks, as if to clarify where to begin for Flora.
