No surge of cleansing light—just the sound of earth scraping against itself as Sah held it steady, of Hadama preparing what he needed. The roots had taken, and that was something. Vi, Let this work. Let your power move through it. He prayed, as if that might anchor it more firmly, shield it from the wyrm and the darkness that still lingered beneath, beside, above.

Noah says as soon as the area is cleansed to teleport out to the fountain at the Court of Stars, and prepares to use his compass if the rose is successful!
