His own opponent lunges and misses him due to the wound gaping at his side, giving the man a chance to sink another brutal swing of his sword into its side. With a twist of his wrist, he wrenches the blade from its magma and stone skin, barely letting it ooze before striking out again - going for the neck in hopes of a quick death.
Sol takes a moment to bask in his victory, planting a proud paw on the dead Voidforged fyrhund's hide and puffing his chest; but he doesn't stay still for long, knowing that his companion is still fighting valiantly. The little dragon rushes to join Zavien, roaring and diving to slash at the creature in defense of his Dragoon.
