By the time he'd finished, he looked up to find Zavien inspecting their surroundings. "Sure," the soldier agreed. "I've only been to Halo a few times, and never outside the Citadel." It was part of why he'd wandered out today: curiosity, and perhaps a little boredom with civilization.

Thus, time passed before he spoke again. When he did, it was an easy conversation, and they flowed from one topic to another with the ease of old friends.
