Zavien barely has time to acknowledge Noah or sort through the small snacks before he gets a very clear, very obvious wink that has him tensing. It's Flora's signal, and he tightens his hand on Lena's as he rubs the back of his neck, pretending to look a little sheepish despite the dread pooling in his stomach - the sign to the Queen that he's as ready as he's going to be.
He looks to Lena, but his gaze is distracted taking in every movement of the other participants, trying not to look so conspicuous as he leans down to whisper, "Be ready."
And then all hell breaks loose.
Flora is shouting something to Deimos, Pierce is calling for revelry, and then daggers are flying and Frey is suddenly appearing. Zavien's moving fast, grabbing at their stowed bag to hand Lena her staff and pull his sword from its sheath, the glow of starlight like a beacon for any innocents who may not want to get in the middle of whatever chaos is about to ensue. "This way! While he's contained! Hurry!" Even as he uses the weapon more as a glorified neon exit sign, he holds it at the ready, prepared to defend the backs of those attacking Pierce or attempting to escape.
Zavien grabs his sword and begins directing people away from the fighting.
