Noe was arguably safer in Haulani, but Soh could tell that the girl was going a little stir-crazy in the apartment that they now shared. And, honestly? She had heard Noe's nightmares wake the girl a little too often. Maybe she thought that finding a way to fight back against the Family would give Noe something to do - something to fight back against whatever it was that haunted her so.
