Only when she bends far enough back to see the sky above does she pull herself forward, pressing her body close to Vesper's back to give him the aerodynamics necessary to go faster, excitement pumping through her veins.
She curls both hands around the ropes, letting ice crystallize to strengthen her grip, making sure it doesn't harden onto the velvet black of his pelt. Stray snowflakes fall behind them like a trail of starlight, her smile as bright as the shooting star that leads them. A small WOOHOO echoes through her laughter as she shouts to Vesper, "Faster!" She wants to feel like she's flying, like nothing can stop them from shooting into the sky!
Nova giggles and freezes her hands to the ropes!
