RONIN
"Would it make it better or worse if I told you that this wasn't nearly the most awkward thing I've ever done?" Ronin's grin is just as sheepish as Zavien's, and he reaches out to warmly clasp the other man's hand. "Fun, at least, I can do." However ridiculous it might look to anyone watching - and to the both of them too, he imagines. It's with a self-deprecating laugh that Ronin steps back and begins to shift, his enormous form filling the space until a pale dragon hunkers down where the White Knight once stood.
Snorting a hot breath once the dragoon is situated - and at least ensuring that he is as secure as he's ever likely to be upon his scales, at the indicator to begin, Ronin charges forward into the arena. His screech of draconic fury is entirely for show, as is the exaggerated stomping of his enormous clawed feet. Pounding through the dirt and sand for a few steps and flaring his wings, for a moment it looks as though he's going to take off into the sky... but he doesn't.
Instead he shakes. Like a massive, scaly dog.
