Sympathetic as much as he is relieved that she'd been cleansed, he gives a gentle smile that feels like sunlight shifting onto shadows. It's easier to lean into the humor now that the Famiy's gone, taking the possibility of infection with it and making his words a little bright. "You're really selling it." But as she promises to apprise him of Tal's whereabouts, he nods his head, feeling comforted by the thought that someone else will be looking out for his friend. "Thanks.
