It wasn't that she begrudged Flora her companion, but seeing the dragon so clearly cared for and well reminded her the ways in which she'd failed Tarak.
The queen's gentle teasing had Soh's smile falling into something softer and less defined; she had very mixed feelings about leaving Torchline - and therefore Flora. But Stormbreak was her home, and she'd looked forward to this for too long.
